Tonight I signed up for the color run in July, near my hometown. It’s this awesome 5k that you run and get sprayed with awesome colors. A bunch of friends and I are doing it and I thought this would be a great opportunity to tell you all about it and encourage you to do the same! So, I am starting this (week one is my starting spot!) and I am doing 2 reps of 10 crunches and 2 reps of 30 second side twists, then I am also doing some lifting, stretching and adding in water and a healthy diet! I hope this encourages you to all try something new. I know that I need this and it is an exciting goal of mine. It costs 40.00 to enter as a solo runner, if you have a group of 4 or more, it is a cost of 35.00. You also get a free shirt! (unless you are XXXL, then it is 5.00). Here’s to July 13th!! 🙂
